This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It applies to ismailmahmoud.com.

Information you send through the contact form

When you use the contact form, the following is stored: your name, e-mail address, optional company or organization, optional area of interest, subject, message, the page language, the time of your consent, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hashed form of your IP address. The hashed IP address is used only to limit abuse of the form and cannot be reversed to your actual address.

This information is used only to read and reply to your inquiry. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or used for profiling.

E-mail and hosting providers

A notification of your message is delivered by e-mail through a transactional e-mail provider. The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. If spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may process additional technical signals to tell people and automated software apart.

Cookies

The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Messages identified as spam are deleted automatically after 60 days.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information you submitted, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by sending a message through the contact form.
